Bunny Kisses & Easter Wishes.
Spring is just a couple of days away (where did the time go?!), that being said, Easter is just around the corner. One of my favourite holidays (Who am I kidding, I love them all!! Lol). But Easter is a special one, every year we get together with friends and family to celebrate the holiday and also to kick off the beginning of spring.
One of my favourite things to do is to host little dinner gatherings at our house, I love deciding on a menu, and designing the tablescape for that occasion. This year I want to share some tablescape ideas for Easter I have put together. This one, in particular, incorporates my "some bunny loves you" hand illustrated tags featured on my dear friend Kaylee's gorgeous blog, “the Blondielocks” (check her out). The tags can be used as simple placeholder cards, tied with a lovely silk ribbon or just placed on each setting with perhaps each name written on them. This adds a little something extra to the table. This setting is elegant, soft, and feminine with its gorgeous antique pink class, simple white dishes, braided wicker chargers, gold utensils and fresh bouquet of white tulips and bright greens. It screams spring!
Little handmade bird nests made from dollar store straw and hand painted eggs were the perfect elements to finish off the design. Adding tulips to the dining table always acts as the best springtime centerpiece and who doesn't love an affordable cute flower arrangement? I made this one with a couple of bundles of tulips from my local supermarket and added in some other greenery to finish it off.
Hope you enjoy this look!
I can't wait to see your Easter table creation!
